RMB 10,000 Paid to Undercover Worker as Compensation

The Beijing News – From April to August this year, Huang Weimu has worked in Huisheng Apparel Co., Ltd. in Panyu, Guangzhou as an undercover worker. Then, he applied for arbitration with Guangzhou Panyu district Arbitration Committee and claimed for RMB 50,000 for the reason that the company refused to sign a labor contract with him and has arranged excessive overtime. On Oct. 14, the committee adjudged that the company should pay RMB 12,500 to Huang Weimu as normal labor remuneration and overtime pay.
