Special Working-Hour System to be Included in Labor Contract

Chengdu Daily – The Notice Concerning Several Issues on Strengthening Management of Special Working-Hour System Implemented in Employing Entities issued by Sichuan Provincial Labor and Social Security Department requires that when arranging employee on posts implementing special working-hour system, the employer should include the related information in a labor contract or existed labor contract.

Prior to the implementation of a special working-hour system, the employer should make application. Overtime wage should be paid and working hours are not allowed to be arbitrarily extended.
