11.20.2009 www.workercn.cn – The Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council held a meeting to study the legislative feasibility of a legislation "Regulations on Democratic Management in Enterprises". Issues like a time frame for promulgation of the Regulations and a detailed structure were discussed at the meeting. The Regulations are applicable to democratic management in any type of enterprise, and provide explicit provisions on the democratic management system with a congress of staff representatives as its foundation. It is reported that the Regulations are expected to be included in the legislation plan of the State Council next year. Back
