07.02.2009 Workers Daily – The average wage of employees increased 5.14% as well as the reduction of working hours for 12.9%, but the average output has increased 17.43% which also improves enterprise efficiency. These changes in sewing workshop of Dajin Garment Factories (Huizhou) Co., Ltd were brought by the implement of social responsibility. It indicated that if enterprises can fulfill social responsibilities and respect employees'  rights, it actually can improve productivity and enterprises interests, a win-win situation was also achieved at the same time.
