09.29.2008 An official of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security revealed that the Social Insurance Law (Draft) will be submitted to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress for second reading as of the end of this year or early in the next year. The first reading of the Law was conducted on December 23rd, 2007. As a comprehensive legislation in the field of social insurance, the Social Insurance Law is closely related to the major national policies and interests of the people. Back
