Henan Issued Measures for Creating 'Faithful Enterprises'

The People's Government of Henan Province – 17 departments of Henan jointly issued measures for creating 'faithful enterprises', with 'honesty and legal compliance' as the sole criterion. In assessment, any enterprises, found to have been penalized for nonstandard discharge, have caused safety accident in production, or refuse to sign labor contracts with employees, will be regarded as unfaithful enterprises.
