08.18.2008 dahe.cn – Henan Province Measures on Maternity Insurance, approved by the standing committee meeting of Henan provincial government, will come into effect on September 1. The document requires that as long as an employing entity has signed labor contracts with employees, it should pay maternity insurance premiums for employees (both male and female) at a rate to be specified but no more than 1% of the average monthly wage of employees over the previous year.
