Non Full-Time Employment

The following seven points are the most important aspects of non full time employment.

  1. Non full-time employment is a special form of employment in contrast to full-time employment, which establishes a labor relationship between the employer and employee;
  2. The standard for identifying non full-time employment is the working time. The average daily working time for non-full time employees should not exceed four hours and the total weekly working time should not exceed 24 hours;
  3. This form of employment adopts an hourly wage system;
  4. The employer and employee may make an oral agreement if they choose instead of a written contract;
  5. No probation period is allowed;
  6. The employee may have dual or multiple labor relationships, which must be non full-time;
  7. The labor relationship can be terminated at any time without advance notice, and no severance compensation is required.
