Good Labor Relations Lead to Business SuccessAs we know, product quality is the key to large profits in an enterprise. However, quality of products is rooted in the quality of labor relations. Labor relationship, as a type of social relationship based on employer-employee collaboration, directly affects workers' enthusiasm and creativity, and further determines the development of an enterprise. Therefore, improving the quality of labor relations is a major task in any enterprises, which can be analyzed from two aspects:
Firstly, both employers and employees should work as a team. Although contradiction does exist between both parties, they have common interests in nature. In production and operation process, if both parties dissent from each other and only seek their own interests, they will lose site of the goal, and employees may lose their passion for work, resulting in poor development of the enterprise. Only when both parties hold together and devote themselves to a common goal, they can tide over any difficulties and create the best profits. Therefore, employers should find ways to have the employees tied together.
Secondly, employers should ensure enforcement of rules and legal regulations. The production and operation of an enterprise rely on the workforce, and workers' labor rights and interests are the internal driving force for them to be productive, and exert their initiative and creativity. Therefore, employers must conform to the laws and regulations on protection of workers' rights and interests in a comprehensive and accurate manner. For an enterprise, any damage to workers rights and interests will lead to the workers' separation or even antagonism, weakening or degrading the quality of labor relations and restricting the development of the enterprise.
