Complaint

In broad sense, complaint means that citizens expose illegal acts and dereliction of duty and request treatment, which is an important method for citizens to implement supervision on public officials. In narrow sense, it means victims or other legal representatives report illegal behaviors to the related departments or organizations and request treatment. The right of complaint is one of the basic rights of citizens. Complaint can be initiated in verbal form or written form. In labor relations, complaint is an important way for workers to fight against the illegal acts of employers and safeguard their labor rights and interests. With regard to the complaint of workers, crackdown and retaliation are prohibited. Workers should not misuse the right of complaint. Anyone brings false charge with fake facts will bear criminal liability.
