Guidance for Implementing the Labor Contract Law is a book published in electronic format written by the China Center for Labor and Environment's Mr. Xing Xinmin, Lead Labor Law Specialist and Labor Law Specialist Ms. Yang Zhe. The publication provides guidance for enterprises on implementation of the Labor Contract Law, consisting of two parts. The first part includes vital legal and risk prevention knowledge, painstakingly interpreting the Labor Contract Law's provisions, provides answers to over 200 specific questions, and details risks that may be encountered in implementing the law along with preventative measures for avoiding these risks. The second part of the book discusses system-building and management strategies related to the implementing the law, including how to formulate employee policies and handle specific issues relating to staff relations, such as setting conditions upon hiring, adjustment of employee posts, and other topics, covering a total of 20 key issues.
