Objective
As a crucial component of corporate social responsibility assessment, wages benefits and working hours arrangement is one of the toughest issues facing senior management in enterprises. This training course focuses on how to create and improve an enterprise's payment system; how to arrange working hours reasonably so as to meet the requirements of CSR assessments; and how to achieve the most optimal allocation of resources and maximize the effectiveness.
